the venue was beautiful, i enjoyed the stay and the location was favourable adjacent to great restaurants, a metro station and santa lucia, a knoll with old spanish buildings and great lookout viewing. the room was budget, brand-new with exceptionally comfortable bed. everyone was wonderful as well as host.

Everything was just perfect!

We stayed at a cozy place during our new year in a district close to lots of restaurants. Gladys, who helped with breakfast and cleaning, was very nice. We enjoyed two complementary facts offered, and the key location facts were excellent: only 5 blocks from the Metro and close to many restaurants.

We had an issue with payment, which soured our experience. the owner claimed we would need to pay the VAT if we paid with a credit card, but not if we paid in cash.

The room was quite small and cramped, which made it difficult to move around comfortably. the mattress was quite soft, which did not provide the support I needed to be comfortable while sleeping.
